Lynn Coachman

Lynn Coachman is the ultimate people’s person. She helps new and old friends buy and sell their wonderful homes. A resident of Tallahassee for 17 years, she has lived and worked in many areas in Tallahassee. She is also extremely knowledgeable in the surrounding areas as he once traveled from Jackson to Madison counties for work. Her business is based on 90 percent of referrals from friends, family, and satisfied clients. Most important to Lynn is providing the most excellent customer service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business. Clients appreciate her flexibility, low-pressure sales attitude, patience, and ability to listen and hear what a client wants. She is an artful negotiator and has superb analytical skills which are her strengths that aid her the ability to accurately price and market a home.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling and honing in her entrepreneurial skills.
