Howard Smith is a dynamic Real Estate Advisor at Hamilton Realty Advisors (HRA) and a proud native of Broward County, Florida. Currently residing in Tallahassee, Howard is set to graduate as a Business student from Florida A&M University this year.
Howard’s journey into real estate began with a six-month internship at Hamilton Realty Advisors, where he honed his skills in research, client coordination, property inspections, and hosting open houses.
An active participant in the real estate networking scene, Howard recently attended the prestigious 2024 CBRE Commercial Real Estate Immersion Conference in Houston, Texas. This hands-on experience paved the way for his new role as a real estate agent, where he is ready to guide you through both residential and commercial real estate markets.
Beyond his professional life, Howard is dedicated to giving back to the community. He serves as the fundraising chair for the Big Brother Little Brother Mentoring Program Incorporated, a leading collegiate mentoring initiative. When he’s not busy with real estate or volunteering, Howard enjoys cooking up delicious curry chicken, his favorite dish.
