I am a retired U.S. Army Military Police veteran and Florida real estate professional specializing in military relocation and PCS housing strategy.
Before my final military assignment, I personally established my retirement residence in advance to create stability for my family. This allowed my wife to maintain professional employment, my children to remain in stable school environments, and our household to avoid disruption during transition. I also strategically used my Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) to manage both my primary residence and temporary housing needs during the relocation period.
Because I’ve lived through the PCS process myself, I understand what military families face, not just from a real estate perspective, but from a real-life, high-stakes family transition standpoint.
Today, I help service members and veterans make smarter housing decisions by guiding them through PCS planning, Florida base-area housing options, and long-term financial strategy using BAH effectively.
I focus on helping military families:
- Plan PCS moves with clarity and reduced stress
- Use BAH strategically for housing and financial stability
- Choose housing near Florida military bases with confidence
- Maintain family continuity during relocation and transition
My mission is simple: I help military families turn PCS moves into strategic housing decisions that support stability, not disruption.
