Weems Plantation

Weems Plantation and the Gardens of Weems were developed off Weems Road from the late 1990s to the early 2000s. Located between East Mahan Drive and Capital Circle Southeast, the 373 home neighborhood is surrounded by conservation property and is a short distance to Tom Brown Park providing access to recreation, team sports trails and more.

Additionally, in 2012 they proudly won the city of Tallahassee’s Neighborhood of the Year in the Large Neighborhood category. The award acknowledges the efforts of the Weems Plantation Homeowners Association, which is governed by a board of volunteers who are property owners in the neighborhood.
