Piney-Z Plantation is a planned community that contains smaller neighborhoods. Those include Eagleview which overlooks a bald eagle habitat, Fieldcrest paired homes, The Gardens and carriage homes. Homes date to the 2000s and range in price from $170,000 – $300,000.
